Shipping policy
Shipping Policy
Here is what to expect when placing your order.
Processing time
We prepare and dispatch orders within 2-5 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will begin processing on the next working day. Processing time is separate from delivery time.
If preparing your order takes longer than expected, we’ll keep you updated.
Where we ship
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future!
Shipping costs and delivery
Delivery options and shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery time begins once your parcel has been dispatched and depends on the service you choose. Please note that selecting faster delivery does not shorten our processing time.
Dispatch and tracking
We’ll email you when your order is on its way. If your chosen delivery service includes tracking, we’ll include the details so you can follow your parcel.
Delivery delays
We do our best to get your order to you on time. However, delays caused by delivery providers, bad weather, postal strikes or other external factors are outside our control and not responsible for it.
Damaged parcels or missing items
If your parcel arrives damaged or something is missing, please let us know as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and, where possible, photos of the packaging and affected items.
Please keep the packaging while we look into the issue. Any returns or refunds will follow our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Your delivery address
Please check that your delivery address is correct and complete before placing your order.
If you spot a mistake, contact us straight away. We’ll do our best to update it before dispatch, although changes may not be possible once parcel has been sent.
